First, a little about me...

By the way, with any luck I will be posting a new chapter every week...

Well, lets start from the start... I was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Austraia, grew up in the outer suburbs township of Diamond Creek, a small town approx 1 hour from the CBD, just a normal childhood, growing up in a small town where everybody knows everyone, never really got in trouble, probably because of the small town sindrome, local Primary School, Diamond Creek Primary, local High School, Diamond Creek Technical School (Diamo Tech)... But well get to the schooling later... Simple life, slow life, the kind of town that has Kangaroo's jumping down the main street on any given day... In the teenage years, had to go to the next town to get alcohol because the publican new my father and he would for sure let my dad know that we were asking other people to buy it for us, the publican saw my brother and I grow up since we were kids, Bugger... We had a friend in the next town along the rail line, Russell, so he used to come to Diamo and help buy it, we used to go to Hurstbridge and buy it from up there, I think that was the start of my mind failing and becoming the mush that now sloshes between my ears... Got my first pash from Fiona Consitable, local girl who lets say had had a lot of bikes, ask anyone around the town for a bike and they would tell you to go see her for a good ride... Ah, lets be nice, she was a friend and I liked her as that and that only, christ I was only 12 at the time she cornered me in the local chuch toilets, wierd but nice all together... I think that that was the start of my demise, I had found the female form and was intreged by it, I wanted to know more, to see more, to feel more, to explore more, like Captian Cook when he first came across Australia, a hugh unknown land that need people to crawl all over it, in and out of every little crevice, every nook and cranny... They were the unexplored land that I needed to conquer, it was my goal, my ambishion that was to lead me on a conquest of discovery that has taken me all over Australia, every nook and cranny, I have searched, found and conquered many of the challenges that were in front of me, yet there is one that I have been aiming for and have yet to set in to stone, one that I have felt and been totally emerced in yet have never to my knowledge had the same in return... True LOVE... Yes, I have been in love before, twice to be excact, but that is something for future blogs aswell... Back to me and growing up... Didn't like shcool at all, nothing intrested me, could not think of a purpose for all the leaning that I was supposed to be doing or how it would be of any help in the future... Well luck did run my way at school, I got 2 weeks work experience in September of '85, I was almost finished the year, at the end of the 2 weeks, the Boss, who was a friend of the family, asked me if I would like to do a 4 year apprentiship as a Compositor, (go on say it, "What is a Compositor?", for the people who know, well done, I'm proud of you, for the others, LOOK IT UP, you are on the Internet...), anywho, I jumped at the chance, anything to get out of School for the rest of my life sounded great to me, and I would be getting paid for it... Ye Ha... So at the age of 15 I left school and started on the long journey of working for a living, and i must admit it was fun, something different, may you feel kind of important, but do you remeber when you were really young, you had a DREAM, a dream of what would be your ultimate job, happiness and life-style, it will always haunt you, well after 4 years of working at Typographical Services Pty Ltd, I had had enough, it was time to start following my dream, so I left there and got a job as a Storeman at a Hardware Company, REMU Hardware & Building Supplies Pty Ltd, in which it didn't take me long to get on the Bosses good side, so at the age of 19 I was of to get my Truck Licence, I needed a letter from my employer to say that it was a requirment for the position I was in, (normally you had to be 21 to get a Truck Licence), My DREAMS of becoming a Truck Driver were finally coming together... As for my social life, that is another chapter... I will post it over the next week or so, till then take care and type soon... Xxxxx...
